Database
Your database beside the chat: browse it, query it in plain English, and chart the answer.
What it is
The Database tab shows the database linked to this project: its tables, its rows, and a SQL console. Connect Supabase or a database connection string on the Apps page, then link it to the project.
Asking in words
You do not have to write the query. Ask for what you want and Panda writes the SQL, runs it and returns the result as a table or a chart you can drill into.
It can also change things: insert and update rows, add an index, write and run a migration, and check the advisors afterwards. Anything that writes asks first unless you have set that action to run on its own.
The Database tab
Switching between Panda and a separate database client breaks flow. The Database tab embeds a live view of your linked Supabase database directly in PandaOS, so you can browse tables, inspect rows, and see schema details in the same environment where you are building. It is the same data PandaOS works with when you ask it to query or modify your database, which means you can verify results immediately.
AI-driven database work
Beyond browsing, you can ask PandaOS to run SQL, insert or update rows, manage RLS policies, check schema advisors, and run migrations - all scoped to the Supabase project linked to your current PandaOS project. The combination of the visual table browser and conversational database management means you can explore data visually and act on it through natural language in the same session.
